There are quite a few symbols in the libraries that match that description. Can you tell us which one you're talking about (e.g. switch-spst-1.sym)?

The symbols in the library are "light" starting points. You generally have to attach attributes to them to make them useful. What to attach depends on what you intend to do with the schematic.

Are you drawing a schematic for printed circuit layout? If so, which tool do you intend to use for layout (perhaps pcb)?

Are you drawing a schematic for simulation? If so, which tool (gnucap, ngspice, ...)?
