gEDA-user: pcb163p, pcb199j



If we need a place to put a "latest" version of pcb199j + libraries
updates, (because the install method creates the libraries and needs to
have them compressed into it), the folks at gedabr  (Brazil) have a site
with ftp download and they would put it up likely.  Egil in Norway has
ftp serving on his site -- we're collaborating on updating and testing
libraries -- the pcb199j version has the existing kind that are
generated with m4 macros, and some cut and paste non-macro-driven kinds
for quick low pin count stuff.One extra value of the non-macro-also
libraries is that when you edit them, m4 won't barf on an error in the
file that covers all of a certain kind...that you just put a mistake
in...and you don't know m4...
