Very very easy.
You have two ways to do it. 
If you are looking the component side of the board, and press TAB, you will 
see the far side of the board, or, the solder side. Then you can place the 
components here.
Or, if you are looking one side of the board, places a component there and 
(with the cursor over it) press the B key (wich means, send the component to 
the Back side) the component go to the other side of the board.
