Well, I've never seen any research reports or tutorials on "ideal
teardrop designs" so I did what I thought was pretty and robust.  If
it's pretty *and* retro, bonus!

The key at the moment is to add the polygon fills *after* you do
teardrops.  I haven't added the code to recompute the polygons after
adding the arcs for the teardrops, nor have I added undo support.
