gEDA-user: pcb, vias that connect to a polygon for full thermal dissipation

New Thermal Tool can connect vias to polygons in different ways (shift
key) including full connection.
So following wiki topic seems to be obsolete -- maybe someone with write
permission can delete/modify it:
