gEDA-user: pcb docs

I think updating the PCB docs is going to be my next thing to focus on
in PCB-land. The existing docs are so out of date, I think it would
be best to just write new ones - especially as I think we need not one
but a couple of separate docs. I've set up a web page here:

    http://www.delorie.com/pcb/docs/

which will hold my working copies, although I'm going to continue the
tradition of writing them in TeX so we can produce Info, PDF, and HTML
all from the same source set.

The first step is to put together an outline of the sections within
each document.

If anyone feels like sending me chunks of the outlines, or chunks of
text when we get to that point, go ahead :-) (if anyone else becomes
involved enough, I'll worry about source control then ;)
