gEDA-user: Need a reminder: decoupling caps for TTL logic?

Hi folks,

I need a shove in the right direction here.  I haven't used gEDA in a
year or two and I've always maintained that sometimes I need retraining
after a coffee break.  Memory is the second thing that goes as you get
older.

I read a web page somewhere that shows how to put decoupling caps into
your schematic on a multi-slot device.  For instance I'm using the stock
7404 device from the gEDA library.  How do I put into my schematic the
connections to pins 8 and 16 from a capacitor?  I've forgotten...
