How about making use of the IPC-7351 footprint definitions instead? You can grab the free PCB Matrix land pattern viewer and calculator here, http://www.pcbmatrix.com/Downloads/LPSoftware.asp. That footprint would be a SOT95P280X145-5M (most version).
