gEDA-user: Index pcb footprint library

Hi all,

I found in my pcb instalation (debian sid) a html page with a list of
available pcb footprints named "PCB Footprint Library". Looking for
that file in the source package and the wiki documentation and can't
found any reference. ¿That index is  exclusive of debian?
