gEDA-user: vias clear soldermask

Hello List,

I have an question about the vias in pcb.
If i would make an area of vias for breakout stuff, and i want to keep the solder mask away from this vias. How can i make that ?
is there an way in the gui? or can i add the clear mil in the pcb file with my text editor ?
