gEDA-user: PCB file syntax

Hello,

Out of curiosity, i was digging into the PCB file syntax. I am somewhat
confused by the description of the various flags. Those descriptions seem
to be somewhat outdated. For example, the description of the "Flags"
element in section 8.8.10 says it's a number and it represents PCBFlags.
But current versions emit something like

  Flags("rubberband,clearnew,snappin")

Maybe a more up-to-date description of the flags exist somewhere out there?

Any hints?
