Re: gEDA-user: Installing gEDA from 20050820 Suite CD on Fedora

Hmm- this could be very premature.
I just found gtkwave-1.3.66 on http://www.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/apps/circuits

Entered-date: 15AUG05, uploaded by Tony Bybell as author.

It compiles on fedora core 3 (x86) and core 4 (x86_64), admittedly with
a couple of dozen warnings on fc4.

And its in debian as at 1.3.63. Thats not an orphaned package by any normal measure. Getting it into CVS or svn would be good if the author is comfortable with that though.

I thought that I'd give a shot at 1.x. I don't think 2.x is usable - That would be a project in itself.
Any thoughts on how to approach this as a team effort?

yeah. Get the code in cvs if it isn't already. anoncvs access is quite nice for users too.
