Hi.

I just uploaded a stack of libc RPMs

Tcl / Tk 8.0pl2 : 

fixes bugs that show up when you use TkRat. 
I've made this install in /usr/local/ which is against "the rules".
The reason is so the user can install alongside 4.1/7.6.
Of course, it's relocatable anyway.

QT 1.40

XForms (/devel/demos) : I wasn't 100% as to whether Roger's build worked OK or not.
So redid it just to be safe.
