This is a start.  I'm doing them in the format for "fortune" and 
separating them into 2 files.  "CL_tips" and "X_tips"

For now the fortune program should do most of what's needed but
it makes sense to write something new ( or modify fortune ) to
give a logical progression from simple to complex.

One option is to have a graded "advanced tips" file that is only
triggered when you after you edit your well commented ~/.bashrc
