a) Where, oh where, can one find man pages for OpenGL and GLU/GLUT that
   can actually be installed and cover say glutKeyboardUp.
  
b) Can anyone point me in the direction of the Open GL Game developer
   list?

I have searched for both at Google and Steve Bakers homepage. Maybe it is
my limited ability or my headache, or both, but I am totally unable to
find it. (I did find man pages for a) but not complete/updated and I was
unable to actually install them on my system. Suse has an rpm with them
in, but it is 22 MB - way to much to download for "checking out".)
