lkb_source_1.0.1 patch released

From the readme:

- Updated Readme.txt with some added notes, warnings, and typo's
- Updated linuxkb.sql with new DB which matches Jason's CVS update of 12/07/99
- update_[db].sh now reloads MySQL
- Fixed htdig.conf.  Bug prevented indexing of site.
- Reminded user they must execute rundig.sh with the -u parameter, htdig --help for info

Post-Patch Installation instructions for existing installs:
cp htdig_configs/htdig.conf /home/htdig/dev/conf
cd /home/htdig/dev/bin
./rundig -a -v -s -u <username>:<password>

You do not need to run any install shell script, for existing installs.
