Ok, my barely tested, yet mostly functional developer system tarball is
ready for your downloading pleasure.  All 10MB of it.

Anyways, I took the time to write a Readme.txt file.  I strongly suggest
you read the entire doc (If I took the time to write documentation it's a
good bet there's an important reason why); especially if you're any of the
following

1) Not running RH 6.1
2) Already have install MySQL
3) Have installed any Perl Modules
4) Have anything running on port 81

There's a few things I'm sure I need to fix.  Things like the location for
your CVS tree is owned by root which it shouldn't.  I'm lazy, so you'll
have to fix that manually.  (I probably should update the docs about that
too :)

Also, displaying some pages (the actual docs) is currently broken.  This
will be fixed when Jason does his next CVS commit- sometime around 10pm
EST tonight.  You'll need to update your local CVS tree after that to get
a functional site.

About the only thing I haven't tested is the search engine.  But this
effects only a small subset of people, and I need Jason's CVS fixes in
place before I can test.  YMMV.

Proceed with caution and let me know how it goes.
