Yeah, I'm a sleep-aholic myself, but I figured I was morally obligated to

Done early. Expect some patches over the next few days to fix bugs as I
find them.

I know Dan, Jason, and me are really commited to make Jan 1st. reality.

I'm sure Jason and I could find things for them too. :) Or they can just
work on their existing projects. It all needs to be done anyways, and the
alpha site will be rather minimal.
