My guess is that it would be easier to move the home directories to
dev.linuxkb.org rather than creating new DNS/Apache hosts.  What Daniel
proposes it doable, but is a pain in the butt.  

If people are using user dirs for development (which was never my
intention, but hey I'm flexible) that it would be better to be off dev
web-server wise anyways.
