Wow, cool.  I was just thinking it would be sort of neat if there were
someplace where one could type in a question, and get a personal E-mail
response within an hour or so.  Would require volunteers to "stand by"
24 X 7.  This is a very basic version of it.  I wonder if it would be
possible to do...  Would sure beat the crap out of commercial support.

That's kind of what I was thinking.  linuxsupport implies that we are
there to personally answer questions, or offer consulting or something. 
If that's what we do, great.  But if it's just a KB, I think it should
be called linuxkb!


Like Roger said, there are other meanings to KB than kilobyte.  It would
rely on users associating linuxkb with the Linux Knowledge Base, which I
believe would happen quickly.
