Well, yeah, I guess this whole thing is going beyond a knowledge base. 
But I sort of started this whole mess when Mike Harris posted to the
manhattan-list about wanting a knowledge base for Linux.  He called it a
knowledge base, and I thought that would be cool - just a KB.  That's
really all I had in mind.

But if we are getting into message boards and the business finder and
all that stuff, linuxsupport does have more merit...
