If you own the windows box, then either
- install FreeBSD or Whonix or Tails on it and use Tor

And make some donation to the one you like.
- or install some new windows and this

If not, you're going to have to find a proxy or vpn that works
or use some other computer in a friend or shop or public.
You can seach for "proxy lists" or "online web proxy".
To investigate fetching these links,
with and without the last / component,
and in these qualities Q4A Q6A Q8C QXB.
They are probably geoprotected too.

That just tells the server some spoof AT HTTP headers,
it does not change your IP to be in some friendly country.

But it should work with the site when you fix the geoblock by above methods.

Those are tor relays not http[s] or socks proxies,
so you need tor or tor browser to use them.
