We just moved the repository to use HTTPS instead of HTTP. If you go to https://tor-svn.freehaven.net/svn/tor/trunk instead of http://tor-svn.freehaven.net/svn/tor/trunk, it will work fine. I'll ask Peter to look into getting a redirect that works with svn in place, assuming that's possible.
