I don't get the binding to 0.0.0.0 / ::, or the udp unless you're an exit
or dnsport'ing, or that there's no state. Maybe you've got some
addressing in ifconfig -a you don't know about, or some vpn issue.
Check that tor config is set for only localhost 127.0.0.1 / ::1 (or
for that matter just use the default shipped config), restart,
watch the tor log and watch the traffic.
