* Folded in Bjarke's changes to PakDirectory.cpp
* Added missing DEBUGLEVEL macro to config.h.in
* Replaced the "#define ppDebugMacro (void)" hack with something more sophisticated
* touched aclocal.m4 because configure.in (which depends on it) was modified. Saves unsuspecting users an error message
* Caught a few bugs in PFile debug macro usage

Paul, did you remove the DEBUGLEVEL macro from config.h.in?
And (related): If you want to set PP_DEBUGLEVEL to a specific value, use
configure with the option --enable-debug=level
