I'd be more than willing to help and share what I know, since cross-platform
games are what I'm most interested in.
BTW, since PenguinPlay is becoming more cross-platform, we might consider
using the Simple DirectMedia Layer as a low level API for some functionality.
It is a simple cross-platform API for raw framebuffer and audio stream access.
That way, we'd have UNIX, Win32, and BeOS wrapped up.
