[pygame] Python 2.1

today the release candidat for python2.1 came out. i've been
doing a little testing on windows with this, and all seems good.

the only real changes i was worried about in 2.1 were the changed
memory manager (which required stricter use of the pygame memory
functions), and perhaps getting lots of feedback from the new
warning system. fortunately, neither of these were a problem in
pygame, so i'm feeling good about that.

also, for those of you stuck without a compiler on windows, i've
thrown together a quick and dirty installer for pygame on python-2.1

otherwise, pygame compiles with no fuss on 2.1
