[pygame] documentation spruce up

i've spent a couple hours on the documentation. i found several
errors (mainly things that had change), which are now fixed. I
also got around to filling in big info sections like the complete
list of keyboard constants (K_ESCAPE, etc). there's now also info
on what data members the different event types will contain.

Also better is a full full reference index on the front page.

the names of functions found anywhere in the documentation are
now links (it used to do this on about half of them now it does
just about all of them)

anyways, this is all in cvs, and the online documentation is
current with these changes too.
