Come to think of it, there's more info. The guy was running it on WinXP,
like me. The error said not just "version conflict" regarding Tcl8.4 vs.
8.3, but something about a missing "init.tcl".

A Googling of Tcl "version conflict" brings up something about having to
reinstall Python, but again, this is from running an EXE, not a .py file.

Would it be helpful to send the organizer a CD containing a complete
Python installation, and tell him to run myprogram.py instead of an EXE?!
