[pygame] taming the circus of modules

I was thinking about this last night; I guess with the class/type
unification in python 2.2, all our subclassing problems go away.
Still, I wonder if there's anyone out there running code on 2.1, who's
using UserRect...  I guess we'll hear about it if they are ;)
