I just have a litle problem, at least with winrar 3. The archive has two files with the same name(at least in windows(you case insensitive clod! :-)

pygsear-0.24\examples\Penguin.py
pygsear-0.24\examples\penguin.py

Great stuff, this is the way pygame should go.
