[pygame] openEEG prototype in pygame

Hey all,

There's a group on sourceforge called openEEG... Their goal
is to make a cheap hardware EEG machine (brainwave monitor)
for neurofeedback. They don't have a lot of software for the
project - mostly circuit schematics and an old closed-source
prototype.

Anyway, I wrote the beginnings of a python display for it
using pygame... (it's very similar to the spectrograph that
shows up in audio programs like winamp, though the math
isn't quite working right in the code...) I don't have a lot
of time to work on it right now, and I don't think there's a
lot of python knowledge on the openEEG list, so I thought
I'd mention it here and see if it anyone wanted to pick it
up.

BTW: this was my first stab at using pygame (though I'd
used pySDL a long time ago) and I found it very easy to pick
up. Nice job, Pete!
