[pygame] pygame 1.1 release candidate

ok folks, i've managed to get everything i wanted for pygame-1.1
into cvs. at this point i'm doing a mini-feature-freeze for the
next 5-7 days, and then this will become...

         pygame-1.1

everyone with pygame code, please go and test this out. i
am astonished at the number of bugfixes between now and the
pygame-1.0 release.

i've packaged up two version of the source for you
(depending on how you like your linefeeds)

in about 5-7 days the full 1.1 release will be online and
ready for the public. special thanks in advance to all you
