[pygame] help! a madman is in control

just passed midnight here on Pacific time. that means the 29th starts
off with some hefty-sized changes...

 cdrom module rewrite finished [BREAK]
 all constructors using capitalized function names [BREAK]
  (Rect, pygame.Surface, pygame.font.Font, etc)


at this point i'm real pleased with the way the cdrom module
turned out. i think all my brain-stretching has payed off. the
joystick module will be similar, but does add some extra
"complexities"

the capitalized constructors are in. i've switched the examples
over to the new functions. it feels good!


hopefully joystick will be ready this week and that can end the
flood of these breaking changes that have been showing up.


as i stated earlier, i'm gonna hold off on a 0.4 release for
a little while, so don't feel rushed to get your own code up
to these specs. hopefully this bumpy ride can go as smooth as
possible.
