Hey,
I was contacted by the publisher of “Beginning Game Development with
Python and Pygame” by Will McGugan. They are interested in having some
pygame folks write up reviews of the book and have those reviews
posted on sites such as pygame.org, amazon.com, bn.com ... If you feel
you can write a solid book review, contact me and I'll send your name
onto them. They would be glad to send you a copy of the book for
reviewing.
Thanks!
Phil
Hey Phil,
are there still some books available? I'm a Computer Science junior, and
I've been using Pygame for a few years. I think my review would be
helpful because I'm in the midst of studying formal Computer Science
topics, while at the same time studying Python and Pygame on the side
from online tutorials, so I have a pretty good understanding of both
approaches to teaching.
I would do an e-book review as well, but a physical book would be
fantastic to have.
Thanks,
-Luke
