Yes, but the fill methods use the macros BLEND_RGBA_ADD etc in surface.h, and as I read the code on SVN ( http://www.google.com/codesearch?hl=en&q=show:DGxKpdtiC9g:ZCP0OBviero:DGxKpdtiC9g&sa=N&ct=rd&cs_p=svn://seul.org/svn/pygame/trunk&cs_f=src/surface.h) it does not do anything other than per-channel blending.

The bug might break intended behaviour, but I don't think the intended behaviour is what I'm looking for. :)
