Thank you, John, for the message.  We're very glad for this
clarification!  I'll let someone more knowledgeable on this topic than I
am answer the question, unless no one steps up to do it.  In that case,
I'll take a shot at it.  First, what distribution of Linux are you
using?  There is undoubtedly mailing list software already included with
it.  I think it would be best to have you use whatever comes with your
distribution.  Of course, I can be persuaded that this is a stupid idea;
go ahead, mailing list gurus, tell us how to do this best!
