Let me rephrase that -- IT mgm't is more willing to bear the COA overhead b/c the cost of new machines has fallen to new lows. Obviously the COA overhead margin is larger if the cost of the physical machine is lower... This is one of those half-empty/half-full mgm't problems. -- Lee
