It is a little bid strange here.  Sometimes I did the same by right
clicking the URL.  But this time right-click only popup 2 options "open
link in browser" and "copy link location"  I am running Ximian
Evolution.

I met this kind of difficulty before without a solution.  I think there
is some problem encountered on server side.  

I did following test;

1) clinking the URL to open the ISO image
2) from the URL  "http://campus.azintl.edu/~micros/knoppix.release.iso";
deleted "knoppix.release.iso" and "ENTER"
3) it started "Index of /~micros" page.  Clinking "knoppix.release.iso"
on this page also opened the ISO image file
4) right clicked "knoppix.release.iso" and selected "Save Link Target
As"
5) then it started to download the ISO image..
6) After about 15-20 minutes, it finished saying download complete.  But
the ISO image file has only about 60MB in size.

I tried several times with the same result.

I tried clicking "KNOPPIX_V3.2-2003-05-20-EN.iso" on the website but
also opening the file.  Then I tried with right click method and it
started to download.  The speed is only about 21~23 kb/sec.  It need
about 8 hours to complete.
