Marilyn, you might tell Jason to see if he can get a bunch of Ubuntu 
Studio alternate install DVDs to hand out to folks, it's a version of 
Ubuntu specifically for audio, graphics, and video production that 
includes Rosegarden4 as well as tons of other packages.  Make sure to 
tell folks to do all the updates (esp. security) after install first
