The documentation group has a document, and the deadline is ASAP.
Ideally within a week. I have just started working with them and am
still figuring out the terrain.
For less intense deadlines, apparently there's a tool that converts
XML
(e.g., HTML) into PO files for translators. I've been asked to
create PO
files for the Tux Paint website content, to make it easier for
translators
to work with. (Right now, they need to edit/create the content as
HTML/PHP
and email it to me or commit it back to CVS.)
I believe it's "xml2po", and appears to be part of the gnome-doc-
utils package.
