Yes, I was looking at South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, China, Singapore, India,
Malysia, etc... an awful lot of countries in the neighbourhood of Australia
have made a significant positive statement or enacted helpful legislation WRT
Open Source, and Australia still dithers. If the Philippines, Indonesia and
Papua follow suit, it will be just about down to ANZ and Japan versus the
rest of Asia/Oceania.
