Best thing to do is to download it from Linuxconf's web site

http://www.solucorp.qc.ca

I know that Linuxconf is developped on a RH system, so it always work well
directly on the system (the newest version should fit)

invoke linuxconf as a command.

it pops right up in redhat 73.
