Linux Standardization Effort

A gropu that we most definitely will want to be in contact with while
developing ideas for the Core is the Linux Standardization Effort
(http://paradigm.uor.edu/linux/standard/).

They have so far defined the FHS 2.0 and Single Unix '98 as requirements,
a packager, and a 'setup' util (where they suggest InstallShield-ish
functionality).

George, you may want to sign onto their list (dead) and post a message
saying Hi, and see what their plans are and if they would like to
collaborate.
