Looking around on the FTP site, it looks like all the GATT software is in a
gatt/ subdirectory of /pub, so the URL would end like
ftp://ftp.dai.ed.ac.uk/pub/gatt/gatt-1.8/gatt-1.8.tar.gz (yes, there's a
version 1.8 in there, and a lot more, plus a ttdata/ dir that may hold, well,
data :)
