Its hard to judge from the website how credible this is. It seems they
have no content yet, but are trying to generate interest.

For a project that claims to be based on the Linux model, I found this
somewhat amusing:

"Preferred Submission Formats:
The OpenText Project will accept content in most formats. However, we
prefer to receive your contributions in a common electronic format
such as Word, PDF, etc."

There seems to be some kind of business model and interest behind this, though I
can't make out what it is from a quick glance.
