Seul itself has a manifesto, linked to from our frontpage:

It's from April of 1998, and it's still valid as a vision for seul. So
I think we did at least something right. :)

Probably not what you need for seul-edu, but while we're on the subject
of manifestos I figure I should mention it. :)
