Right, unless the "fun" apps themselves check the database to see if
they should run or not.  But I guess it would be better to have a
universal program to check, then launch the game if appropriate.

It *would* however, eliminate the need to use the launchpad to run
educational software.  My LP ran the software and updated the database. 
Now we don't need the LP to do that.  We'd need to write something for
that only if the main GNOME menu or whatever isn't appropriate.

Hopefully not TOO optimistic.  I really think we need to be able to show
some stuff by June.  If we can't do that, there's probably no reason to
exist...
