Any problems with current language support or knowledge of programs

is to have this site up somewhere around the beginning to middle of January.
Cordially,

the programs developed in SEUL-EDU. (english-->russian, that

programs easier localizable in Linux? When I tried to follow locale howto I failed: it just didn't
work... locale support is different in different libraries in
use: glibc2 and libc5.Any ideas?
