Sorry, but I can't see how it is related to Seul/Edu. For example, last
week president chirac of France made a very ungently/unpolite
declaration about a referendum taking place in march in the Taiwan
democraty (he wanted to please the chinese dictatorial government), I
just hope that people will not think that all the french think the same
way. So please do not make of your situation a Seul/Edu situation ;-)
